Hi all, my old tank was leaking so I changed to a new and bigger one. After one week, managed to transfer most of my shrimps over alive.
However I have this problem. This is this long narrow protrusion that is growing upwards from the plants(don't know what they are called) on the wood. I am not sure if I should trim them as it is protruding out of the water already. Do advice. Thanks in advance!

Hi Dazdaniel, mine grew out of the surface and dried off. Should I let it be?

I saw somewhere online in taller tank setups it flowers while submerged at the end of the tip. Maybe it needs to grow to a certain length. Since you tried cutting the stems already, I can try leaving the dried tip and see what happen next.
