    Dear Member , how long shall i leave the lighting and Co2 on per day . thanks in advance

    I think it might depends on much plants u have. I might be wrong. For new tank while waiting for plants to grow.. I try to only turn on the lights for 5 hours. Im afraid of aglae boom as there's not enough plants to suck the nutrients from the water. I would say an established tank, maybe 7 hours? I think u have to roughly gauge yourself. For now I'm sticking to the above schedule.

    thanks for the advice , so I will only on the light for 5 hour together with the CO2 , right ?

    Read it's always turn on light with co2,but for the 5 hour thingy, it's juz my personal judgement, you should try it, if it doesn't work well, you have to adjust it. For mine, cos I don't have a lot of plants yet, hence I don't dare to turn on the lights for too long.
