Need help to identify this algae or bacteria in my tank

Hi. I'm new to planted tank. Recently experience this algae or bacteria in my tank. I need your help to identify what is this? And how to treat it? My tank is using Hi lumen 60, using regular CO2, Ada soil and canister. Thank you.

You can dose seachem excel daily . Change water according to schedule . Reduce lighting hrs. See how for a week with excel .
