Ketapang leaves are relatively big compared to other trees, usually palm size. Shouldn't be hard to spot.
Alternatively if your wet market sells banana leaves, you can use that too. Dry it first though.

From Seaview, walk further up the road to Pegamart, the one with the dog swimming pool. There's big ketapang trees there.
Just next to the pool and near the fence.
Don't think they'd mind if you walk in and pick them. Some fall outside.
