Any Gulpher Catfish Keepers Around

Hi All,

As stated in the title, is there any gulpher catfish keepers in
this forum. I myself gotten one two months back and I like
to discuss with other hobbyist on the care and maintenance
of this odd but strangely cute fish.

Mine is quite shy and so far refuse to take any offered food
like sliced fish meat or market prawn. Instead it only take
feeder goldfish or tilapia. Recently it been trying to hide a
lot in the driftwood and its appetite seem to have gone down.

The Gulpher is a wood cat. As the name implies it likes hiding in wood and stuff in the wild. I have kept other types of woodcats and they are stubbornly nocturnal only becoming active in the dark. The food can be sitting on their heads the whole day and disappearing immediately after lights out. Need a lot of patience and determination to wean onto frozen food.
