    For now, leopard discus are the in trend, but aren't they also the same as pearl discus? The pattern looks pretty much the same to me.

    apparently it seems that I cannot seem to find pearl discus any more. I am just quoting from memory, all leopards I know have red spots on either blue base or white base.

    The pearl I saw was a dark base green I think with whitish greyish spots, very nice.

    simon my guess also.. improve name from snakeskin..

    anyway the trend should have been a long time ago.. now adays is pale yellow base with red marketing kind... dunno the name for it sorry

    They are both from the strain of red tur. So far I know Pearl have some mix of marboro red and it strain look more orange than red compare with leopard. [:]
