Thanks all gurus. So, how long will it take to sock in water in order for them to transform into submerge form? Any care needed during this process?

It might takes a week or two for you to see the transformation to submerged form. Just keep the good lighting, CO2, fertilizer for the plants to adapt and root system develop.

When they melt, just leave it. Don't remove the roots. New leave will grow soon.

    Re: Which Staurogyne is this?

The plants have been growing very nicely! Well done! Yes, you should trim frequently to promote the grow horizontally, and it will spreading around.

Blue light is good for aquatic plants to grow under water, but it might attract algae as well. But not to worries, just have more and more plant mass. With healthy plants, algae will have less chance to grow.
