Looks like a very nice precise needle valve.

I will be swapping the gauges to liquid filled one and the current parker valve to a swagelok low flow valve with vernier handle.

Now waiting for the parts to reach local dealer.

Where did you order the Swagelok from? How much is it?

Sorry for the late respones. The regulator cum shipping cost me about $660+ sgd.

Swagelok vernier handle is from the swagelok singapore office, price +gst close to $300 but i get it foc. Thank to my kind contact. But the eta date for the handle is 10th oct, coz they dnt have stock for this and need to order in for me.

Wika liquid gauges are in and i just fixed them on.

    Re: The beast is here...

You have an extremely kind contact. Just happens another hobbyist went to SwageLok SG yesterday to check price. My jaw dropped when he told me the price. We also decided not to pursue further. LOL!

Very interesting project you have there. Please do keep updating.

    Re: The beast is here...

    Sg swagelok prices are nut...

Yup, he owned me some favour last time and he happen to be in the oil gas industry. I show him the regulator and he mentioned that if bought all brand new parts from singapore. The cost can easily go up to 2k plus++ or more depend on the brand.

Guess we are not like usa, where they are an industry country. They can get these parts cheap from those surplus website or local store.

Even the bs341 screws + nuts i have a hard time looking around. Some gas stores do sell but at a longer length, they dont sell a shorter screw. The longer one can fixed but looks kind of weird where the regulator is quite a distance away from the co2 tank.( not balance and can easily toppled)

Thanks to his contact, i managed to get a customise shorter stainless steel bs341 screw + nut.

Which one do you want to delete? There are slight differences between them. The delete/edit function has a limited time. After that the function disappears for the poster. Moderators can delete it. Let me know which one.

There was a famous thread about this co2 regulator in another forum I've read . It became huge as there were many combination of brands to choose from to put it together . I will link it here when I find it .
