I am looking for light for my 3 feet tank.
will be using low light requirement plant, hence light will be to make the fishes look better.
Will pink light be the best?
has anyone tried the chinese lights like JiYin and Sun Sun? https://s.taobao.com/search?q=%E6%B0...tton&catId=100
    HOw about the RGB lights?
    Any recommendation of such lights?

    From my limited understanding,
    White lighting for plants
    Blue lightning for fishes
I,m using LED for my 2ft tank for years.
    Hope this helped.

We use kelvin when identifying light range . Here are the lighting temperature range you need to know .

2000 kelvin to 4000 kelvin is good for growing algae ,
5000 kelvin to 8000 kelvin are used for growing aquatic plants ,
10000 to 15000 kelvin are good for corals .

This is what I remembered from the top of my head for the moment . There are led lightset out there that you can customised the coloring to your hearts desire for your fishes but may not be ideal for plants so take note of that . You could use 2 sets of lighting , 1 for the plants and 1 for your fishes so that if you need to sustain the lights for the plants , 1 set of the light would be used to grow the aquatic plant while the 2nd lightset would make the fishes look good but may not hinder the plants growth . You may need to experiment this to see what colour temperature is ideal for your setup .
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.

Sunsun isn't too bad, you can also look up Chihiros RGB which are cheap, do take in to account the hanging height required as some folks have disregarded this and not had good results.
