    Hello!!
I've been scouring the whole Internet to find an algae eater that meets my very specific set of requirements, but to no avail. I'm new to shrimp keeping, I think they are sakuras as the bags I bought them in were labelled 'SKL'.I have 5 shrimps, a block of Christmas moss, Marino moss ball and a long green unidentified plant that came with the shrimps

Anyways,i recently noticed some worms in the tank and i have been meaning to get some sort of suckerfish as I find them amusing.
Please, wise ones, reccomend me an algae eater that
    1.Can suit a nano tank
    2.Eats planaria
    3.Wont grow big
4.Can survive low temps (at night the air temperature can drop to 20celcius but rarely)
    5.WONT EAT MY SHRIMPIES
Im worried that they may eat my shrimps.
6.my tank grows algae fast and has a booming population of microorganisms.

I know some which I have read about
    1.Ottos
    2.clown plecos
    3.bristlenose plecos
3.siamese algae eater (I read that they eat shrimps :/)
Please do not reccomend me snails as they won't be able to eat worms

    Thanks so so much!!

Rule of thumb, what fits the fish mouth will become food.

    Your best bet is otto.

Even with otto, some people experience shrimplets lost. But some says its 100% safe.

Same as the meaning of 2 egg per day or 2 egg per week.

As you mentioned, algae eater. If they eat worm, they will definitely hunt for shrimplets.

Cut on lighting or introduce fast growing stem plants.Actually shrimps eat algae too but depend on what type.Yep otos are best.Otherwise mosquito rasbora(1) or white cloud mountain minnow.May stress out babies as they may peck at them.
