Think they came in without me noticing months ago when I had floating plants and they had multiplied by a bit since.
How do I destroy them completely?

I decided to do an overhaul of my tank and throw away the old sand so that I can replace with new ones.Just want to ask if I can soak the stones, driftwood and plants in boiling water along with the filter media? As for the canister filter(Eheim Pro 3 600),I will just wash and leave them out to dry for a week. Objective is to kill the snails and their eggs. The water in the tank will be drained out and tank left out to dry out for 2 weeks.Tried to put snail remover but no use.

If you are not keeping any inverts like shrimp, copper based product like seachem cupramine will eliminate all snails. Any eggs hatch later will also be destroyed. YoYo loach, dwarf puffer can reduce the population but not eradicate it 100%.
Traces of this copper based solution will continue be present and linger in your tank. This will continue to kill snails and any inverts in the future. Remember to absorb all traces of copper to invert-safe level if you intent to keep shrimps in the future using seachem cuprisorb.
A clown loach should do the job. Get a few piece and they will be a great addition to the tank
