Hi all! Newbie from Singapore reporting in!

Need help with water flow for optimum CO2 distribution please.

It’s my first time trying to aquascape but failing miserably to get the nice lush carpet. Finally bit the bullet and bought CO2 system with inline atomiser but I’m not sure if my filter input output placement is at an optimal location to ensure optimal flow. Any suggestions?
