Hi guys, the main valve (the one with the knob at the top of the tank) is stuck in the closed position. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

I believe the tank to be empty, but I’m not 100% sure.

    Thanks in advance!

So if anyone else has this problem: I didn’t actually solve it myself. I just sent it for refilling and when it came back, I could open it easily. They solved it for me

Moderators, please help me delete this thread, thank you. (I can’t seem to find anything that would let me delete it myself)
