how big is your tank?
wad are your water parameters?
One of the most problematic aglae type...hair algae. Not many life shrimps n fishes feast on it. Get to the root of the problem...algae grows with excessive fertilizers n strong light. I recommend u reduce your lightning frequency. Of cse the better way - patience - use yr hand n pluck them....

The only time that I have gotten the type of algae you are describing is when the iron concentration is too high.
Like colin has mentioned check the CO2 and make sure it is at least 25ppm or more during the photoperiod. How much plant mass do you have in the tank? Are you dosing enough KNO3 and PO4 for the plants?
b-roll, traces can be high without issues as long as the rest of the nutrients are not limiting.
