Any ideas where I could get something like the above made? If there's anyone here who could do that, could I get a quote(through PM?) on how much something like that(attached pic) would cost me?

Why not consider to make a cube teakwood stand, more cool! The weight of 1ft cube tank with water approx. weight about 26+ Kg. The construction of this stand should not be so critical..

The thing is, I want the front and side lips to cover the ugly styrofoam... Doesn't make sense, so much thought put into the decor of the tank and everything looks so nice, but got ugly glaring white styrofoam peeking out at you from under the tank...

Use the black styrofoam and it would blend into your 1ft tank (if you use the black silicon) very well. Cool..

You can also use black masking tape to hide the white styrofoam. If suitable, it will be much cheaper than making a wooden base.

Nah... I want something that'll match the decor in my place. Masking tape will look a bit cheap... No offense meant to those who suggested it.

Try picture framing shops. Or those shops that specialise in Plastic Models or Scratch Built Models for contacts.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Picture framing shops? That sounds like a good idea... Thanks.
