    2ft tank
    36W PL lighting
    Pressurized C02

Plants consist of crypts, Nanas, cyperus helferi, a sprinkling of hairgrass and E.Tennellus.

I add on Saturdays(water change) and Wednesdays
    KNO3 0.25 teaspoon
    KH2PO4 one pinch
    Traces on Sundays and Thursdays.

I'd just like to know if that's the norm, or I'm adding too little/unoften for a typical 2ft tank. Just a personal experience from you guys, I know my mileage can vary widely.

    PeterGwee, Tom Barr, anyone?

    Thanks

That's fine and things shouldn't run out.

Thanks Peter. What if I double the wattage then, to 72W?

I suppose I have to dose more frequently coresspondingly then?

3x per week should be enough for 72w over your tank. The main issue is still on keeping up with plants CO2 demand. All the nutrients are not going to make a difference if the CO2 is not good. EI takes care of the nutrients side of things. If something is wrong with the growth (lack of pearling or weird growth) all that is left is basically CO2.
