mmm… I think it is a juvenile rhomboocellatus. juvenile johorensis have 6 thin bars like hexazona, then when they grow up to 3-4cm these bars breakup and morph into stripes.

Choy has spoken on the ID. If he says it's a juvenile rhomboocellatus, chances are that it is.
Er... next time, choose a better fish. This one is emanciated already. Probably not healthy. Fins are torn too.
You may need to check your lighting set up. Seems to be too far back.

well you know we don't give labels to a specific specimen, only to a population, unless of course the said specimen "Edwin" has been preserved and deposited with a institutional collection.
