Recently due to work commitment, been neglecting my 4ft planted. slight algae outbreak, mainly to the glass, pipeline and filter!just done a rescaped, removed away couple of plants requiring intensive care, Co2, light.

now be concentrating on moss- taiwan moss, java moss, erect moss, and java ferns which covered thruout the tank.
would like to ask, 2*40watt lighting, 8hrs per day, temp be 26.......removed my co2, water change be changed to once per 2wk be alright?!?!
    need ur advices.....

I'd say to not do water changes at all

Your conditions are quite good for a low-tech tank imho. 10 hours instead or 8 hours of light?

That'll be 59 US gallons approx, so 80W divided by 59, you get 1.36W/gal. Which is not bad at all.
