Green spot seems to go away with higher additions of phosphate levels. If you're dosing a commercial fertiliser though, I do not know how to solve it.

By what I've read, Yamatos should deal with the hair algae. I do not know how to solve hair algae personally.

Hair algae can be reduced by reducing the number of hours of lighting (e.g 4 hrs a day) to your tank for afew days.

Yamatoes in good amount should help the hair algae issue as well as a complete blackout for a couple of days. But the main thing is to correct the causes or else it will be of no end. Work on the CO2 and getting it to stablize during the photoperiod since nutrients is easy to add.
