    Hi guys,

Nothing exciting for Singaporeans, perhaps our overseas friends might find it interesting.

Good spot you chose there to take the pix from. May I know where?
Also, can you recommend what's the best setting I can use to take night scene with my limited EFs 18-55mm lense? Seems like you use some kind of filter there to make the lights look like stars

    Cheers

Taken from Shaw Towers. Full View...

No filter used. Long exposure. I believe shot at 60 mm.

I see the big picture now. I thought you were quite close and using a wide angle lense

Benny, those are very nice photos. What time did you take them?
I understand that too late and the sky will be too dark.

The pictures should should be taken around 7 to 7.30 pm.

I think telephoto lenses can also be used to take interesting landscape pictures. The compressed perspective sets it apart from typical wide angle shots.

Taken on a weekend or Friday? Only Singtel's building seemed to be awake, the rest already asleep.
    P-L-E-C-O-R-Y=M-A-N-I-A!!! YEAH!
FLORENCE, capital of the region of Tuscany, has a population of around half a million inhabitants, spreads on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas, almost in the middle of the Italian peninsula. It is a city which bustles with industry and craft, commerce and culture, art and science.

Benny, the night scapes are a good "dry run" for the fireworks display coming Tuesday. Hoep to see some pretty shots again from you...

I am never good at fireworks photography. *sigh*

Benny, you really can make our beloved Singapore so stunningly beautiful!

After looking at it for a while, I think some more cropping away from the top may look better as a photo. But magazines will like that extra space for their words etc....

Benny, "Can make it" ?? such humility..

Well, like I said before, if this is a commercially-produced postcard, I'll buy it for my overseas friends..

If only you could do a trip to the Amazon and take pictures there...
