    Hi guys,

Just got this magazine over the weekend.

This is definitely one of my favorite British fish keeping magazine. Very visual with high quality photographs, just like an aquarium should be.

No prize for guessing which article is in my immediate interest..

Question time on Corydoras by Dr. David Sands.

For beginners, this would be of interest, 32 page guide to keeping tropical fish

And of interest to planted aquarist..

Actually, there are more and more articles on planted aquaria recently. Perhaps it's also catching on in Britain.

Ok. Let me digest my magazine and I'll let you guys know if there are any more articles of interest. If I can, I'll post more pictures.

For those who want more details, check out this page.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

    Another two articles of interest...

10 great aquarium plants. A selection of easy to grow aquarium plants for a more natural look in your aquarium.

Think Green. Step by step to a successful planted tank. A first in a new series to ensure beginners get it right.

As you wish, but I doubt it's readable. Here's what it looks like.

Flow, flow, quick, quick , flow... This article is written by Pete Cottle (which I'm sure choy can contact easily ). A total of 8 species is highlighted in this piece, namely Garra annandelei, bicornuta, cambodgiensis, lamta, lissorhynchus, rufa, pingi pingi and flavatra.

Choy's picture of a unidentified species is featured on the second page in full glory. Care to post the picture here for the rest of us to admire as well?

A very good article in my opinion.

    Cheers,
It's not a bad magazine to be honest and has been available for years now. But you're right, the quality is good.

With regards to the planted aquaria side of the magazine it tends to be fairly limited, maybe a few pages per month. Occasionally they do go into more depth but not normally. As of late they have focused more on Marines which disappoints me particularly when they produce a 50 page booklet. If only it was the other way round.

I have quite a few of the magazines which I am happy to give away if you wanted to pay for postage...
