    Hi!

Starting an 4 ft aquarium soon and planning to have about 8 angels in the tank. Any idea what other fishes can cohibit with altum? I am thinking about glass catfish or tetras and hella lot of yamatoes to clear algaes. Preferably, small fishes will be nice but medium-sized recommendations are also welcome. BTW, how large will the catfish be when they are fully grown?

My friend has emperor tetras and some barbs together with his altums. His batch of Boraras Docilelta(forgot spelling) and lotsa shrimps got eaten up by the altums.

    Cheers!

Any small fishes and shrimps is a no no with Altums. Try those Whiptail catfish or some small Pleco. For shrimps you can keep Wood shrimps or the big Cameroon Armored shrimps.

Eh..... Yamato is big or small shrimps? I hope is big enough for altum coz my tank will need some super algae-eaters. Will snails be good appetizers to them?
