Has anyone seen this plant (Elatine gussonei) available in our LFSs?

If the pic doesn't load... Go here.

    Looks like Glosso, but smaller.

I think this plant was mentioned in another post(something about a plant found in a batch of HC) a couple of months ago, and a person wrongly called it APP(which, correct me if I'm wrong, is E. Triandra?).

You're right. APP is Elatine Triandra.

The leaves of the plant you mentioned "Elatine Gussonei" looks to me like glosso.

Any chance it might be this thread?

If so, the leaves didn't look at all like Elatine gussonei. The leaves were much bigger than Glosso and a brighter green.

Yeah.. That's the thread... Damn, I was hoping you might have some on your hands, but if you say it was bigger than Glosso leaves, then I don't think It was the same plant.
I'm still looking for this plant if anyone knows anything about it... It looks almost exactly like Glosso, but it's smaller(but bigger than HC) and flowers...

    Hi Brian,

    Good to see you again.

The plant you posted really looks like the submersed form of Marsilea crenata. It's like Glosso, but smaller.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

Well you might have to enquire at our LFSes about this plant to see if they can bring it in?

dq88, that's what this thread whole thread is about... I'm trying to find out if this plant is available in Singapore.

Fei Miao, Teo's is a little too far out for me. No car... Got to rely on Bus and MRT, or Taxi($$). I'm trying to get a friend(with car ) to go with me though, he's starting to get the planted tank bug...

Bro, you sure it's not HC that you saw? Jakey's right, this one is just a little smaller than Glosso...
Melvin, I can't make it on Sundays... Got family commitments, but thanks for the offer.

It looks exactly like the one on the website that bclee gave. The leaves of HC and glosso are very different. This one looks like glosso but very very small version.
