In my impression and from book, leaves of Barclaya motleyi seems rounder.
Crypts could be affinis?
Found this plant in Tg Malim oil palm plantation. Budak helped me to id it is Baclaya species. Might be Barclaya motleyi.
This was found in Tg Malim as well. This crypt was growing emersed. but very wet soil.

Hi Rolland and budak,
There is no flower of the crypt. It was just growing on the riverbank. Kinda shady place.
