It's an algae? If that is an algae I'd buy your old tank water plonk it into a tank with bare driftwood and substrate and watch it colonise man. It reminds me of those plants you see along forest trails.

A moss of some kind? Have the guys at killies.com responded yet?

dont think its algae la... its got a leaf structure.. but algae also so what? people have a notion that algae is bad.. not always.. if its nice plant it...use it in your aquascape.. as long as it helps you get where you want to go.. who cares what it is..

I was suspecting it is algae. It is inside my shrimp tank. If it is algae, i don't think my yamato will just ignore it. Since the tank full of cherry, tiger, blue, green, yamato, etc shrimps. Btw, the rock was gave by a friend who brought back from Japan.

This is my shrimp breeding tank.

Whether it is moss, algae or plant, it sure is cute! And popular! Perhaps you can propogate it and sell it in Singapore! Keke... I also want it if it is available..

Agree with ranmasatome, so what if it is algae? Some algae looks nice... As long as you can control it...
