    Guys,

I read in this forum that someone uses Nutrafin Aqua Plus everytime he do water change. It protects his fishes, & that's why he never lost any fish in his tank for maybe years.
My question is, does Nutrafin also protects shrimps & snails?
If we have shrimps & snails tank (no fish at all), do we need to add Nutrafin every water change?
Does anybody have experience to share...?

    Hi Angel,
Firstly, Nutrafin does not protect fishes so it will not protect snails and shrimps. What it does is to fasten the creation of beneficial bacterial in your tank. Be it in the filter or water. In this way, your fish will be healthy and so will your snail and shrimps. Btw, when your aquarium water matures, with or without Nutrafin, the inhabitants will be healthy. Basically your job is to maintain that balance.( Which is not very difficult once you understand the process of 'maturing water'.)
Hope this helps, remember sometimes shortcuts are never the best route to take.
