    realised I never treated you guys to the pix of this super minute (15mm) transparent gobies caught in some monsoon longkang… Gobiopterus brachypterus

    you go catch lah, supposed to be another two different species in the longkang (see the gobies book)

    Have just been advised by Helen Larson that this fish is best named G. brachypterus rather than G. chuno, which is used for specimens from India.
