    Last Saturday went to explore a peat swamp near Lundu. The expedition was cut short due to too many blood sucking insects in the swamp!

    Just got the ID for that pitcher plant I found in the swamp last weekend; its called Nepenthes mirabilis var. echinostoma

    N. mirabilis is very common in Borneo....but this variant is my first time to find it!
