What did you do before that started happening? If you changed water within a day before they started doing that, chances are that the water you used has chemicals or killed the filter bacteria (chlorine and chloramine), causing a ammonia/nitrite spike.
If the water is straight from the tap, then start using aged water for water change.
Most important of all, in order for us to help you, tell us what you did to the tank in the last two days... report even the usual stuff you do.

just got the shrimps yesterday and the water is from the tank so theres no chlorine gua
