wah lao, those are all consumer models, literally thousands out there.
on the other hand, interesting they call it "CCD" since these days almost all sensors are made from CMOS (certainly the consumer ones). it should just be called "sensor". I think only Fujifilm still makes DSLR with SuperCCD sensors.
