HI guys, I have been medicating my tank with Protozin as some fishes are not doing well. At the same time is it ok to fertilize my tank. Currently I am using JBL liquid fertilizer and the last time I dozed my tank was about 3 weeks ago. According to JBL description, I should doze my tank every week. I have to say, my plants are not flourishing as well as I hope. Thanks.

Personally, I would not... Most plants would be adversely affected by the medication and may not make it... Thus, it might be a waste to add fert now... Furthermore, usually, a run through of the water with carbon is required after the fish are ok to rid the medication or any residual medication... Then the fert will be wasted...

Oh, lastly, would not be very nice to the fish to add so many chemicals at the same time...

    My 2 cents lah...
