star flog, seems like u are concern over ur population of ur shrimps.....why not give them some to me...hehee...i'll be more than glad to adopt them!
I've kept this 1ft cube tank for about 6 months now and the plants (Taiwan moss, floating Riccia) has been so successfully grow they're almost reaching the half-tank mark and the floating Riccia block the light.
Also, my Cherry shrimp started with only 5 now is more than 150 pieces and also lots of snails. This is a very mature tank which I only top-up the water twice weekly and one PC fan to cool the water.
The question: Would the Cherry shrimp over populated and causing problem?

hi, heh i think 150 cherries in a 1 ft cube tank is almost or rather at the highest bioload, it should not be deadly but i think 80 - 100 is more 'breathable' for them heh. Well iof you thinking of selling your shrimps cheap let me know, i have no such luck with shrimps.. started with 40 now dont even have 40 i think max 20 only heh
