No 3 looks very natural to me, like a scene from a documentary.

I also only like No 3 and 4, especially 3. No.6 is pleasing, but ordinary. No. 2 looks a bit too delibrate.

Thanks Terence for taking the effort to post these results.
May be of interest to you; The grand prize and the seventh tank are father & son entries from Taiwan.
Making this a sticky as a reference for now, a reminder ADA 2006 closing date is 30th April 2006.

Journals of the tank by Wayne Sham eventually placed No.4

    and No.10 by Oliver Knott

All are nice. But I guess, to impress Mr Amano, you got to come up with something original. Just like the winning entries in last 2 years.

I would like with 3,4,5 to be my office tank so I can see it everyday!

Yes, an extract on the comments of the Grand prize tank is something like "Japanese scapers will not think of doing this type of layouts" KF, you have the book with you, what's the exact comments, if you can post the comments for the other 9, that would be great.... mine is with friends ... so originality is something they look for, all 10 came fairly close, I think originality is what edged the grand prize tank ahead of the others.

You can make the 3, 4 & 5 as wallpaper on your laptop or print out and pin them in your cubicle so you can see it everyday
