What Has Ended Marks A New Begining
For Starhub users, has this always been the case or only in the last few days?

after the pacnet prob
Very very slow, is there anyway we can rectify this problem with Starhub? Cos it's been quite disturbing to continue loading and loading just for one thread. When i use IE it's not too bad but with firefox it just say contains no data sometimes.
Cheers!

I'm on it. Patience please. It is a real PITA though.

It'll help if AQ members who are Starhub users will call Starhub careline (1633) and ask them about it when they have access problems.
If they blame the webhost, tell them Singnet and Pacnet users don't have the problem.

Do you think it's starhubs fault if it's only us who can't log in to this particular website?
I'm puzzled...maybe i should give it a try and update you guys.
Thanks a lot.

Vinz,
If you datacenter is local, You may want to call your hosting provider or datacenter, problem may be able to solve at their end as they have backbone to the 3 service provider in SG.

That's what I did, I emailed Pacnet too. They emailed me back after the problem was fixed.Originally Posted by vinz

Looks like everything is running smoothly now. I am on Starhub MaxOnline. Thanks Vinz!
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.
Don't walk behind me as I might not lead, don't walk in front of me as I might not follow. Walk beside me, as my friend.
Mohamad Rohaizal is my name. If it's too hard, use BFG. I don't mind.
I'm not sure if StarHub has managed to fix anything, or that the problem went away as mysteriously as it appeared. I'm testing it with my dad's MaxOnline and I'm not experiencing problems. As it seems to be an intermitten problem... I can't be sure things are ok now. StarHub is still on the case, or at least they have not come back to me since I spoke to them.
Any StarHub users still experiencing problems?

This is not really related, but Pacnet has this connection tester where you can test your download speed, have a ping test and a trace route test.

The configurators are compatible only for Windows systems and on Internet Explorer browsers version 5 and above.
