    Hi all,

Seems that some AQ members have no been able to access AQ since late yesterday afternoon. From our investigations, it seems that it's Pacnet and Singnet users. Starhub users do not seem to have problems. Other users whose offices are not using Singnet or Pacnet do not seem to have problems either. As I'm on leave at home with a Pacnet connection, I'm having trouble chasing down this problem. I'll should be back in the office tomorrow and hope we can resolve this asap.

Disclaimer: I cannot confirm that Pacnet and Singnet are the source of the problems. I'm just posting what I know from a small test group that I can contact.

I also need some help. Those of you who can access AQ over the last few days, please indicate what ISPs and plans you are on. IThose who can access AQ from office, but not from home or vice vesa, kindly post the respective ISPs and plans too (if you know them).

    Thanks.

I haven't been able to access AQ since last night (Tuesday 18th Oct). I'm on Pacnet, unable to say what plan I'm one since parents own the account. I spoke to Wackytpt and he confirmed it too... he's also on pacnet.

Right now I'm on my neighbour's starhub ISP.

    Thanks to those who responded.

We have contacted both Pacnet and Singnet technical support and both ISPs have escalated our case to their respective engineering depts.

The trouble seems to be on one of Singnet's servers. Pacnet uses that server too. I'm waiting for both ISPs to update me.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I can finally access the forum via Pacnet. Anybody on Singnet? Let us know the status. Thanks.

Update: It's still not smoothed out. Loading takes about 20-30 seconds, it's freaking slow. After I posted the previous message by me, I couldn't access AQ again.

    Jeez. Heh.

EDIT: Speed is restored, and Pacnet sent me a email in reply to my complaint. All should be good now. Thanks vinz!

I can access via Pac net at home last night. Relatively speedy. Singnet via office today. Good speed too.

Glad to see that the access has been restored.

    Cheers,

Mmmm...I seem to have trouble accessing the forum every now and then from yesterday. Any idea what is happening again? On Starhub Maxonline connection at home. No issue with workplace access though. It seems to be an "on" and "off" problem.

I first experience the problem 2 days ago. Quite often have to try a few times before can load the first page successfully. Using Maxonline from home.
