    4. Substrate
    5. Polyfilter (Bottom)
    ----------------
    in that particular order?

For my internal overflow to the sump,
i only place this.. (top to bottom)
    1. Filter wool
    2. Bio-balls

    For my sump,
    water flows through this order
    1. Bio-balls
    2. filter wool
    3. charcoal.
    [:] hope this helps

but i wun use substrate in my filtration area like internal overflow and sump but rather using the coral sand inside the main tank.

    HI

Yes I have a 3ft marine tank that I juz stripped it apart to make way for this new tank. The life rocks n fishes are in my bathtub now!!! No joke but they r really in it!!! All fishes died in the bathtub except a maroon clown!!!

The internal overflow would be 1 of the filter. Using back my 2215 also to filter the new tank. Is coral chips, coral sand or substrate good????

Anyway my tank is coming today!!! Cant wait for it to arrive.[] [] []

Is coral chips, coral sand or substrate good????Go for coral sand.. and yes.. substrate is good as it provides another source for the bacteria to colonise. all the best for your new tank... btw, take note of the maturing stage hor.. but i gather u should not have any problems since u have experienced in keeping them...
