Anyone has tried it? Looks pretty cool game http://www.ageofempires3.com/

Oh, do wait for the cinematics on that webpage

the cannonballs can knock the troops off their feet, off the cliffs, blast the roofs off buildings. Really remind me of that movie, The Last Mohican. Way to go, Microsoft!
    Cheers,

Wow! Looks impressive indeed. Are those actual gameplay graphics in the cinematics? Is it out already?

    Cheers,
It's the actual gameplay, man. Awesome isn't it? It's like even better than some cinematics themselves. Yea, it's out already.

Graphic do look better than AOE II, bit AOE II is better than AOE I.
Seems like this is a nice game to try out, since I have played both AOE I & II

Demanding graphic card and RAM if this game were to run smoothly
    Just like Counter-Strike Source.

yea, I read reviews on it.
It is said that no 2 buildings will destruct in the same way as with the corpses.
The bad thing is too much micromanagement, there are like dozens of different buildings to build. Well, this does add an additional dimension to RTS game. haha, anyone game to face my famous Redcoats (which I glorified in Cossacks - Return to War)?
    Cheers,
    Andrew

Agree with you on the micromanagement, which I do not like when I tried the previous version of the game. That is why I stick to Rise of Nations (also coz my computer needs to upgrade in order to play AOE3... ) But must say the graphics is really impressive...

Any RON players out there? Let me know if keen on a game...
    Cheers,
    Joe

The graphics sure remind me of 7 Kingdoms: Frytan Wars. Is it a good game?

If you are playing such a nice game, where can you possibily want to go? You would want to be at home where you are nice and comfortable.

haha..I haven tried PS2 or consoles really as I have been too mesmorized by PC games all these years. I gather that consoles attract a different genre of gamers altogether. Most strategy players would still opt PC. Anyone beg to differ?
    Cheers,
    Andrew
