Heh heh... Another one... I suspect is Ludwigia sp.. But I am VERY bad at differentiating Luwigia spp.and Rotala spp....

Most rotala sp have round tip leaves, except for needle-leafed rotala like wallichiis.
The leave form suggests more to the nesaea sp.

I would have to go with Nesaea sp. too.
Well, get it to grow emersed just out of curiosity. Maybe flower it too and see for sure. Nice plant though.
