if you have these fish and want to breed them this is my method,
the tank need not be more than a 2 gallon tank, decor i use is a sponge-filter and a clump of java moss, the base can be kept bare so you can see the eggs, which are minute and amber in colour,
place the conditioned pair in the tank the night before you intend to breed them, they breed when the morning sun hits the tank.
the water parameters are as follows temp 72-74, ph 6.4, gh 3-4.
once they have spawned remove the pair, the eggs take 24-36 hours to hatch and a further 72 hour when the fry should be free swimming, the first food should be infusoria for 3 days then bbs until big enough to take chopped tubifex or grindal worms, which should be in about three weeks after hatching.
ive bred two other kinds of neolebias and the trilins are by far the best growers they reach 1 cm in lenght after only 3 weeks, i will post some pics when my wife resizes them.
the best of luck to anyone who has a go at breeding them.
    regards mick

Mick, we don't see Neolebias at all here.

That said, great info there, I'll be saving it somewhere on a Word file.

The large majority of them Neolebias almost always make their way to markets in Japan and Germany I think. So most of us blokes won't ever see them, unless we're willing to pay top dollar for them critters.
