I noticed that a few of my cardinal tetra has got this black patches on their body.

The "joint" part where the all the fins connects to the body all have turn black. They seems to be still healthy but I am sure it is some diease? Eventually they die off like that.

Anyone knows what's that and any cure?

    sounds like NTD, pleistophora hyphessobryconis
    say goodbye to your tetras
this disease will attack quite a few species including cardinals, neons and black neons, maybe even gold tetras
furan-3 SAYS it cures NTD but ime it doesn't
but you might want to try it anyway
so far there isn't any reputable confirmed cure for NTD
if you can, isolate the infected fish and euthanise them, and watch the remaining ones, and cross your fingers
but usually the whole tank is infected by the time you see 1 fish with the symptoms

I read a book it says the best way to kill a fish(small) is throw them hard on the floor. For bigger fishes, I think the you need a base ball bat and give a whack on the head. Just like the way they slaughter Toman fish.

big fish will not die readily from hard smacks from blunt objects,

EVen if you are very accurate and quick, you need a few rapid blows.

but for small fish, just squeeze their head hard and burst them it is the best and quickest way. Messy but actually humane.
