JBL Ferrotab vs Ocean Free's Root Monster

Anyone know what's the composition of the two? Can't seem to find any information of their individual composition.

And anyone did a comparision between the two products? I currently using Ferrotab. Don't know if need to supplement with root monster or not.

Hmmm... so no way to know if the Ferrotab will work the same as Ocean Free right? I managed to find the composition of Ferrotab thru JBL's website, but nothing on Root Monster. Not sure if Root Monster contains NPK in it, cos Ferrotab has P and K but no N, with other trace elements like Fe and other stuff.

From what I can remember Oceanfree Root Monster contains N & P, JBL Ferrotabs does not.
