Saw these fishes at EcoCulture today. The Garra flavatra, an algae-eating cyprinid is especially nice, and I would have gotten a couple if not for the fact that I already have two... very hardy fish (though may be prone to jumping) and possibly the most colourful Asian algae-eater available.

The shrimp is an unknown species of Caridinia with arms that look more like those of the filter-feeding genus.

The transparent goby is a back mangrove species found in Singapore. Needs live food.

The small catfish is an Aspidoras sp. (don't know which). One tank full of them.

The funny looking picture is a small payara enjoying a cigar.

    Budak,

Why don't you just upload into the gallery. The linked pictures will be much bigger on the screen.

Nice stuff by the way. Didn't realise you had your camera with you today.

    Cheers,

Edit: Just realised the pictures are already there. Linked them in for you.

why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Budak: The Garra flavatra has a suction mouth, is it? Do they behave like the CAE at eating algae and towards other fish? I checked they grow about 6.5cm, so looks not too big for planted tank.
