Photoshop Elements is quite cheap. Compared to the full Photoshop CS.

If you have friends or family members who are students, you can also buy an educational/academic edition which is a lot lower price than the full edition.

I would agree with what budak say about Adobe Photoshop Elements. Most of the functions are there for a fraction of the price.

Good places to look for them includes South Asia Computer and PK Computer at Funan Centre.

    Cheers,

photoshop elements comes free with a Canon 20D body. and apparently it will allow an upgrade to full PSCS2 at much lower price.

Benny, since you are going to spend the cash liao...invest in Mac G5, with dual 30 inch screens, then use Apeture, this software totally kicks Photoshop CS2's ***.

I know I'm old and my eyesight is weak. But not THAT weak! Heard about Aperture but since it's a Mac only application, didn't really have a chance to try it. Are you using it?

from the description Aperture don't seem to be positioned as a PSCS replacement. Sounds more like an Adobe Elements match-up.
