I do not know how to spell the name of this plant..
but its roughly pronounce as ge-po-ni-ca?
Anyone got idea? Can advise where i can get it?

Yup that's japonica, and I heard from the uncle from colourful aquarium that he is bringing more stock this week. Can take a look there, it's at Balestier Hill, opposite Thomson Medical Centre. There are also other plants there which you can take a look at too.
And when you are done, can go to Nature Aquarium, which is just a few doors away for other stuff that you might need.

This plant can be found at any good LFS store that sells plants. Common places like c328, NA and stores like Bioplast, Far East Aquatics etc should have them.
A rather easy plant to grow imho, although I've read about troubles with it. Hope you enjoy your Blyxa!
