Problem with Photoshop CS

I used to be able to make canvas easily using the Canvas size menu... but now whenever I add canvas it's only applied to the bottom and left sides of any picture I use. The anchor is pointing to every direction, so what's the problem?

Check if the RELATIVE is checked..if its checked..uncheck it
