My fissidens now botak!!! And I found the culprits... My SAEs... They suddenly got fatter after I came back from overseas and they sh!t is green! There goes 12 bucks...

SAEs and Yamatoes like to feast on the new leaves of moss. It was discussed in the forum a couple of years back. I learnt it the hard way too. Anyway, nowadays, I only keep otos and try what the forerunners say, control your water parameters to control the algae rather than rely on the "crew".

Thats why i bought the those bristlenose from Gans.. harder worker than otos and leaves my mosses alone!! my spiky moss alll DIED when there was the 2 SAES.. now..they are recovering.. actually..ALL my mosses are recovering..
