    Can someone enlighten what is the difference between the E. rubin and the E. horemanii... pleaseeee

    i believe rubin is a hybrid, horemanni and something else

    how do they differ in growing pattern, laf shape etc.... from looking at the Orietal plant catalogue... they just look the same.

    I believe some company might have used another name.. the broad leaved E. rubin shld be the same for most books (dennerle, tropica and oriental) but the E. hormanii only appears on both (dennerle and oriental) but they oso have E. rubin in them... therefore, IMHO.. the hormanii red is actually what tropica call it as E. rubin 'narrow leave'
