    Hi check out my glue free and leak proof DIY CO2 Generator.

    parts list :

    1. 6mm pneumatic bulk head fitting
    2. Inline speed controller ( valve )
    3. 3m of 6mm SMC pneumatic hose
    4. 1 x dymax creamic diffuser

    Pic A show reduced CO2 setting. Pic B shows Higher CO2 settings.

    Cheers Bulkhead is from Sim Lim Tower. Tubing from friend's surplus inventory if anyone interested can ask get from me .

    Be careful.
    Restricting flow with a valve may led to pressure buildup in the bottle... you may end up with a smelly mess if it does happen.

    thanks for the advice .. what i notice is that CO2 production is reduced when under high pressure in the plastic (PETE) bottle. These PETE bottles have a tensile stength of 8000psi. Wonder the CO2 production will come to a stop under high pressure ?

    i think most of the bottle "blew up" because of the weak conncetion between the bottle and the tubing using silicone or super glue.

    yeah... those can withstand high pressure.. but make sure its the right type..haha..

    They are used to store pressurised air for my Air Horn on my bike..

    Confirm its PETE for pokka bottle . strip away the plastic wrapping there is a stamp show recycle logo 1 ( for PETE ) . This be further confirmed with the PETE stamp under this recycle logo 1.

    I bought mine at sin lin enterprise . lvl2. However, i have decided not to use bulkhead as it will still leak as compared to just doing a silicone tubing out of the co2 generator.
