Good set. But the cloudy skies gives is a blue overcast.

ya. the common kingfisher is found in Singapore as well, though not very common ... it has a very wide distribution.
the Common KF is a migratory bird and normally found here during the winter months up North.
It call Common because of its wide distribution which ranges from Europe to the Middle East and here in Asia too.

i don't know what equips. u are using, perhaps AQ could have a nature shoot trip at one of our nature reserve and we can all share some knowledge and experience.
some of us can shoot Macros while others like me can shoot birds
