Has anyone here use CO2 tablets, experimenting with it now with low maintenance plants, I get some debris from the breaking down of the pill, will that affect my plants?

The "debris" will dissolve over time. No harm at all.

Have you considered Seachem's Excel? It's liquid carbon. Less messy.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

Yeap, switching to that now. It is alot better. BTW is that a timing dispenser for liquid CO2. My smaller tank is using Seachem excel, but my bro is too busy to keep adding a capful everday.

For low-maintenace, it is simpler just to leave out adding those CO2 tablet thingy altogether... IMO.
